Hi to all you wonderful creators!!  I hope everyone is enjoying the wonderful fall weather (except CA people – where it is still hot). I am here to show you a card I created using the fabulous CTMH markers.  This is the first time I have used the new Alcohol based markers and I love them!!  They are so easy to use.  These markers come in sets of 2 for only $5.95 on page 9 of your Autumn/Winter 2012 Idea Book/Catalog.  They are listed with the cardstock and ink pads in case you missed them.

CTMH markers work really great when used on our CTMH Daisy White cardstock; but be sure to place a piece of paper under them as they might bleed through.  I didn’t have that problem; but you could see the colors showing on the other side of the cardstock.  I used the Black Archival ink for stamping the image and then added the markers.  Just be sure your ink is dry before coloring with your markers.

I used the September SOTM set – Fall Favorites; which I think is adorable.  I love this scarecrow.   I also finished the inside of the card.  I used an embossing folder of leaves for both the outside and the inside to give it more of a fall look.  I used the wonderful Cricut Artiste Cartridge to create the Happy Birthday for the inside of the card.  The Artiste has a lot of 3 D items and includes many holiday greetings and special occasion greetings.  Check out the handbook and my October specials on my blog at http://purpleglocreations.blogspot.com.  I also have two clubs you might be interested in joining.
